We also have decades of experience with library administration. In challenging times, we have navigated budgets, HR issues, and organizational changes. As we stepped out of leadership roles, we realized we still had a lot to contribute and to learn as copyright is ever-changing, particularly with the technological and social changes being brought by artificial intelligence. We have both mentored and taught many library colleagues during our careers.
